Pricing and Payment Plan
Group pricing is very individual in respect to the desires of the specific group. The most requested Colorado graduation trip or student retreat has the following items included. Price is listed as follows:
3 nights deluxe mountain condominium.
Full day rafting adventure with lunch.
Full day "design your own adventure" at the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch of the Rockies.
1/2 day unlimited Alpine Slide, including other Winter Park Recreation Association activities.
1/2 Day mountain bike rentals and trail system guide book.
Summertime Grand County/Winter Park Summer Passport book valued at up to $500.
Total price of this package with taxes is $289 per person. If your group requests motorcoach transportation and it comes to $80 per student, the total price would be $369.
A typical student payment plan would be for all students to sign-up/register with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Most groups usually sign up by late October. If your group's payment plan begins October 15th and the program cost is $369 minus the $50 initial deposit for a remaining balance of $319, the students would have 7 months left to pay before the April 15th full payment deadline. The payments running from October 15th to April 15th would be approximately $45.58 per month per student. The payments can also be lumped into other payment plans such as a semi-monthly plan. Each group leader will work with Student Adventure Travel's reservation staff for your specific group's needs.See you in the mountains!
